1. Who We Are

BotRiders (trading name) is an AI-assisted digital services business operated by (Botriders) Startup Development Studio DOO, registered in Montenegro under company registration and PIB number 03216845, with our registered office at 26 Novembar BB, Ulcinj, Montenegro.

We operate the website botriders.com and all associated subdomains. Throughout these Terms, "BotRiders", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BotRiders website, using any of our services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Services We Provide

BotRiders provides AI-assisted professional services for individuals, creators, and businesses. Our services are delivered remotely and digitally. They include, but are not limited to:

• Guided AI sessions — collaborative working sessions where we use AI tools alongside your input to produce useful outcomes.
• AI setup services — configuring AI tools, prompts, workflows, and automations for your personal or professional use.
• Creative and content services — producing copy, visuals, brand assets, and content plans using AI tools with human quality review.
• Business workflow services — designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows for marketing, operations, and productivity.
• Technical and product services — building prototypes, MVPs, automations, and integrations.
• Strategy and consulting — advisory sessions, roadmaps, competitive reviews, and planning sessions.

Service Modes

All services are available in three engagement modes. You select your mode when purchasing:

• DIY (Do It Yourself) — We provide AI-generated output, structured guidance, templates, and frameworks. You implement the work yourself. Lowest human involvement; lowest price.
• Co-Pilot — We work alongside you in a guided, collaborative process. Both you and our team contribute to the output. Moderate human involvement; mid-range price.
• Full Service — We research, create, review, and deliver the output on your behalf. You provide briefing and approval. Highest human involvement; highest price.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our services are intended for lawful purposes only. We do not serve customers in jurisdictions where our services would be unlawful.

5. Account Registration

Some services may require you to create an account on the BotRiders platform. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with others.
• Notify us immediately at info@botriders.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

The current website and calculator collect service requests and estimated scopes. Submitting a request does not charge you and does not by itself create an obligation to purchase.

A binding service contract is formed only when:

• we confirm the deliverables, timing, price, and revision terms in writing;
• you accept that scope; and
• any agreed payment condition is met or you expressly authorize us to begin work.

We may decline a request because of capacity, suspected abuse, or a request that falls outside our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices

Prices on the English-language website are displayed in United States dollars (USD). A calculator result is an estimate until BotRiders confirms the scope in writing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment availability

Online card payment is not currently active. The website will not ask you to enter card details. Any future payment method and due date will be shown before payment and reflected in these Terms.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction that are not collected by us at checkout.

8. Delivery and Fulfilment

All BotRiders services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

• Route Preview — Generated on the website when the preview service is available.
• Rider Check — One asynchronous review response within 24 hours after the request is accepted.
• Guided Session and Done for You — Scheduling and delivery timing are confirmed in writing before the service contract begins.

Delivery requires your co-operation, including prompt provision of required inputs (e.g. brand guidelines, existing assets, or briefing information). Delays caused by late or incomplete inputs are not covered by any delivery guarantee.

Delivery is considered complete when we send the final deliverable to your registered email address or make it available in your account.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Summary:

• You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if work has not yet commenced, for a full refund.
• Once work has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the proportion of work completed.
• DIY deliverables that have been sent are generally non-refundable once accessed.
• Sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
• If we fail to deliver as described, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

10. Acceptable Use

When using BotRiders services, you agree not to:

• Use our services to produce illegal, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Use our services to generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Use AI outputs to deceive or mislead others — for example, by presenting AI-generated content as human-produced without disclosure where disclosure is required.
• Use our services for spam, unsolicited marketing, or automated scraping.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our service methods, tools, or prompt systems as your own.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the BotRiders platform or services.

11. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us for the purpose of delivering your order ("Input Materials"). You grant BotRiders a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your Input Materials solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables specifically created for your order are assigned to you. You may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Note on AI-generated content: Some outputs may include AI-generated text, images, or code. The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is evolving and jurisdiction-specific. We do not warrant that AI-generated elements in your deliverables are protectable under copyright in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any legal review of AI-generated content before commercial use.

BotRiders Materials

All content on the botriders.com website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, tools, and code) remains the property of BotRiders or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BotRiders materials without written permission.

12. AI-Generated Content

Our services use large language models, image generation models, and other AI tools to produce outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information and should be reviewed before use.
• AI models may occasionally produce unexpected or inconsistent outputs.
• AI-generated text or images may superficially resemble existing works without us having intentionally copied them.
• BotRiders uses human review and quality control across all service modes, but human review does not eliminate all possible errors.
• We do not warrant that AI-generated content is factually accurate, legally compliant, or fit for any specific regulated purpose (e.g. medical, legal, or financial advice).

BotRiders does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Any strategy, copy, or plan produced as part of our services is for your consideration and does not substitute for professional advice in those fields.

13. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us in the course of a service engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or materials to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

For engagements involving sensitive business information, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BotRiders' total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• BotRiders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We are not liable for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your own use of the deliverables, third-party platform changes, or market conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

15. Disclaimers

BotRiders services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any specific business outcome will result from use of our services.
• AI-generated content will be free of all errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies.
• Deliverables will be suitable for any specific regulated purpose.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@botriders.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will notify registered customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
